One of The Clubhouse’s clients grew up in an old merchant house on the site, which is embedded into a hillside overlooking the Sorrento Golf Club. In homage to their idyllic childhood, the home’s upper level is a luxury suite that includes an elevated garden and cantilevered pool. It’s a sophisticated beach house yet the material palette is rustic, revealing a strong commitment to sustainability. Both levels receive cross ventilation and natural light via large protected north and west windows that frame the breathtaking views.
